We will send you a link to fill out a questionnaire targeting the service(s) you are interested in. This is to create a bespoke proposal for you.

You will receive a proposal, let us know if you have any feedback. If you’re happy to proceed with our services, let’s jump on another call.

After our second call, you will receive a contract with the agreed-upon starting date.

We will send you a link to a sheet where we will track how far along we are in the process of your service, what’s been completed that week and what’s to come in the following weeks. It’s a way for us to make sure we are all on the same page.

Yes, in fact we recommend that you do this. Many of our clients have begun with one to two months of SEO services, and followed this with regular Paid Social Ads and bi-monthly Email Marketing services. It’s a bespoke marketing service, create your ideal marketing team all in one.

We charge a monthly retainer, your bill will be sent to you following the last day of our services. You can also pay a daily fee for a time-sensitive project, which depends on our availability.

Of course, you can! You can choose as many services as you would like us to take care of each month. There is no maximum length required for any of our services, our services work on a monthly retainer, you can cancel at any point or sign up month-by-month.

Yes! Before we get started on your marketing service we will share a document covering tasks that will be completed by us each week. Then at the end of the week we will let you know what has been completed, and what to expect the following week. We are also available via email throughout the week.
